Delivery & Returns
Each order includes:
- 1 Case for each jewel you have ordered (except for the Single Earrings which you will receive grouped in pairs).
- 1 sleever per order.
- 1 shipping box per order.
If your order is a gift 🎁 Don't worry! No price or invoice is included in the order. Everything is in the confirmation email.
Also, if you are buying several gifts you can add gift bags for 0.95€
Types of shipping available:
-EU COUNTRIES 4,95€ - 1/2 days
-NON EU COUNTRIES 15€ - 3/4 days
Returns & Exchanges:
You have 14 days to make a return or exchange. Please contact our customer service team to complete the process at hello@singularu.com
